Can I really exit my timeshare?
It’s a familiar story. You bought timeshare, and at the time it seemed like a good idea. But now, maybe your personal circumstances have changed, or the maintenance fees have increased significantly, or both. As an experienced claims management company, we may be able to help you!

It all starts with our free, initial consultation. Our professional, yet friendly agents will visit you at your own home, will compile the information we need about your timeshare or holiday club commitments and will explain our simple process.
You will know by the end of that first meeting whether Bronze Services Europe Ltd will be able to help you, and if we can, you could be free of your timeshare commitments in as little as 28 days.
The whole process on average takes 60 days to complete, depending on the resort or company you own the timeshare with. Our expert legal team will evaluate your ownership commitments and contract, and if they determine we can help you, you will be given a single, clear cost for the whole process up-front. We don’t believe in hidden fees; our outlined quotation will be the exact about you pay, nothing more.
We have had some clients free of their timeshare within 72 hours, however it is best to assume that the whole process can take, on average, 60 days.
If you know your maintenance charges are due within the next 60 days, then please let us know as we need to be aware of this as it may affect the exit process.
Here at Bronze Services Europe Ltd we will always be as open and transparent as possible with all of our clients, and will keep you informed at every step of the process and will of course let you know when it is complete!
We do not charge any upfront fees for a consumer credit claim, this is undertaken on a speculative basis. Upon successful completion of your claim we will charge a fee of 40% (inc. VAT) of the total redress – once again, this is only payable if your claim is successful.
If you cancel your case within 14 days of starting the claim, there will be no charge. If you cancel your case after the initial 14 day period, but before the conclusion, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on any work that has been completed by us, after the initial 14 day period but before the receipt of your notice of cancellation. Our cancellation fee is based on a rate of £50 per hour.
