  9. While holidaying in grand canaries we bought into what we though was a legitimate discount holiday scheme. When we went to try and use it things weren’t as promised and lots of extra costs were applied so we looked for ways to get out of the scheme and get our money back, with no luck. By chance I happened to meet Bryan while visiting a friend and we got chatting about what he did and he assured me from the start he was confident he could get my money back. He came all the way to South Wales to meet us and look through our contract. He then did some quick checks and found the company was no longer trading, but assured us he could still get us out money back. I honestly thought at this point there wasn’t much chance but Bryan and his team assured us they could so we proceeded. After a bit of to and fro with the bank they agreed to pay us back in full the amount we still had bank statements to prove.
    All in all Bryan team got us back over £9000 and I can’t recommend them enough as I had given up on ever seeing a penny of it back! If you have timeshares or the like and want out, give these guys a shout. I doubt you will be disappointed!

  10. We had our USA timeshare for over 15 years. We tried different companies to get out of the timeshare, but we found that we end up buying other products. Brian has been helpful throughout the process. I was very sceptical but he’s no upfront fee 100% guaranteed. Big thanks to Brian and his team. I am so pleased to now be out of my Timeshare. Fantastic, no more maintenance fee. I fully recommend this service.

  11. Cannot thank Brian enough for releasing us from our Florida timeshare. What I particularly liked was the way he travelled several hundred miles to explain the situation to my husband and myself and throughout the exit process it never deviated at any stage. Holidays are changing, and timeshare ownership has not moved on with its maintenance charges etc,-thankfully heading into retirement it’s one less worry. Brian warned us at the start of the process it could take up to 9 months to relinquish our timeshare but happily it was completed in about 6 months and now I won’t have to worry about the yearly fees. As I had a heart attack few years ago and insurance was getting steep for America we didn’t use it anymore. Fair price for job well done thanks Brian.

  19. Like many we were VERY hesitant about finding our how to dispose of a timeshare.I spoke with Brian and was reassured. Brian from Bronze visited us and was polite and very helpful. He was very clear about the service they offer and that no payment was due until the Timeshares had been relinquished. We followed his guidance and after a few weeks we had the confirmation we had hoped for.   20. Thank you to Bronze services they have helped Us in two ways:

    1) I am now out of Diamond Resources and thus saving our annual maintenance fees. They explained how to get out of the holiday club.

    2) we have received our money back, via a Section 75, for a miss selling episode from a company called Majexo!

    They deliver their promises and I would recommend you speak to Brian if you are unhappy with your time share or feel you have been mis sold.

  21. Working through Bronze Services Europe to regain the monies that we were cheated out of when on holiday, I am pleased to write the Financial Ombudsman has come down on our side.
    The process did take a heck of a long time, unfortunately that is down to the time taken by the Ombudsman to even look at our claim.
    Once the Ombudsman picked up the claim the process took just a few weeks.
    We are now just waiting for the monies to into our accounts.
    Thank you all at Bronze Services Europe for your dogged persistence in not letting the claim be dropped.

  22. During a recent holiday in Tenerife, we joined a holiday club. During our first holiday back at the hotel, we were asked to attend another sales presentation. For another £10K, we could become full members. This we refused to do, and it was beginning to look like a bit of a scam. Fortunately, we given Brian Armstrong’s contact details and a meeting was organised.

    Following a Section 75 claim, we’ve now been offered a refund of our monies which is a great result.

  24. We were approached by Bronze Services in February 2019 about miss selling of a holiday product.
    Brian met with us a few days later and explained clearly how he could help us get our money back. He was very understanding, friendly and helpful and we instructed him to take on our case. Very quickly we were successful in receiving a full refund via a Section 75 claim from the bank. Thank you Brian.
    We also instructed Brian and his team to initiate getting us out of our Timeshare agreement. This has taken slightly longer but with a good result. From start to finish the whole process has taken 10 weeks. Thank goodness we are now free of timeshare maintenance bills and have received the refund from the other so called holiday company.
    Thanks to Brian and his team we have had regular contact and successful outcomes and would recommend Bronze Services to anyone wishing to gain redress in this way.

  25. I was approached by Bronze Services Europe concerning removing our names from the deeds of our ‘in-perpetuity’ timeshare in the USA. As it was a no Exit/no Fee arrangement and having tried a number of times before with other companies to no avail, my hopes were set low, but then, I had nothing to lose. Bronze Services Europe diligently went about their business in a polite, no hassle manner and in a relatively short period of time they informed me of their success. They were more then happy to await payment until I had received confirmation from the Timeshare company that we were no longer holders of the said Deeds. Bronze Services Europe does what it says and with no quibble or complaint. Thank you. A Timeshare free customer.

  27. We had a timeshare in the Bahamas and wanted to surrender it. We were told by numerous companies that it was really difficult, a long winded process and costly. We were contacted by Brian’s company which led to a meeting where we were told exactly how long the process would take (6 to 8 months) and how much it would cost.

    We payed nothing up front plus we were told that we could deduct the notary fees from the final bill as well. We heard nothing for months, as we expected, and then out of the blue we had an email to confirm that the transfer of the deed had happened. Brian was happy to wait to be paid until we had confirmation from the timeshare resort that we were no longer named on the deed nor were we responsible for any annual fees from that date.

    It was a painless process from start to finish.

We emailed over all docs required and about a month later money is in the bank!!! Great, prompt service and would definitely recommend Brian and the company to anyone needing this service.   32. Brian visited us on April 15th 2019 and we received a full refund of over £5000 from the credit card company (for fees paid to ITRA) on June 25th 2019 . Sylvia was amazing, very knowledgeable and we received a professional service from Bronze Services Europe. We were VERY sceptical but had nothing to worry about at all and definitely recommend the Team. Wish we had contacted them sooner! Don’t hesitate to get in touch with them-you won’t regret it.

  33. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service which Brian and Sylvia offered and the results achieved.
    Ours was a credit card claim for a purchase with Escapeaway Holidays which turned out to be mis-sold.
    Brian visited us at home to collect information in support of our claim and explained the procedure to us. Sylvia kept us informed as to the progress of the claim. Our credit card company at first only offered to refund our deposit but the team at Bronze Services knew that actually the bank should be refunding the whole purchase, so well done Brian and Sylvia for persevering on our behalf and thank you.

They never gave up and so neither did we. Brian only charged us on the original amount we claimed for. not on the interest awarded, although we expected to pay in full.   35. After receiving a phone call from Tenerife saying that we might be able to reclaim fees paid to Escapeaway Holidays in Tenerife, I was sceptical to say the least. However since there was nothng to lose,we arranged a meeting with Brian who came to our house and explained everything very clearly. After deciding to go ahead in June I thought no more about it and then in the middle of our holidays in July, received a phone call from Sylvia who advised me that the bank had decided to reimburse the whole £10,000. Fantastic result. After the bank received a phone call from me accepting the offer, the money was in our account within three days.

  36. I was contacted by Bronze Services Europe and advised that a Company I had been involved with in Tenerife had ceased operating, removing the option to resell what was a poor investment. I met with an advisor at my convenience. He outlined the Section 75 procedure and stated that it could take up to 6 months. Within a couple of weeks my money had been repaid in full to my Bank. Brilliant service, would recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.
